Shipping policy
We typically process your parcel within 24–48 hours on working days if you place your order before 1 PM (Sydney time, Australia). If there is a stock issue, we will notify you immediately via email. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For all parcels within Australia, we offer you regular post and express service via Australia Post. For all international parcels, we offer you the standard air service also via Australia Post.
For urgent international orders, EXPRESS COURIER is available upon request. Please contact us via LiveChat located on the homepage.
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. To view prices in a different currency, simply click the 'Select Currency' button in the bottom-right corner of the homepage and choose your preferred currency from the drop-down menu.
Prices include Australian GST. For countries in the European Union, VAT is not included.
