At Celebrity Designz, we want to ensure that all your purchase fit and look great. To help determine the best fit for you, please follow the ''How to Measure'' instructions. Compare your measurements against our sizing charts below, to determine the best size to purchase. 

If your garment doesn't fit, we are happy to offer a refund less postage, provided you return it within 7 days from the date you receive it.

Sizing and conversions:
Please use the following size charts to help determine your size.  For the best accuracy, please check the real measurements listed in 'Description' of each product, against your own body measurements or current garments that you own. If you have a specific sizing question or would like more information, please feel free to contact us.

Our tips for fitting:
We recommend going up a size for bodices and bustiers if you want bit loose fit, as they are structured to help support the garment and so fit tighter. Other garments are intended to be worn oversized and have a square fit - sizing down in these will give you a more tailored fit. Buying a size up will not affect the length of a garment. 

Swimwear:
Underbust - measures directly under your bust & straight around your back
Bikini bottom and one-piece sizing - If you are between two sizes, we suggest selecting the larger size.  

How to measure shoes:

FREE shipping on all orders over AUD75 and most orders are trackable. 

SHIPPING DETAILS

We basically post your order the second business day after the payment appears. It normally takes 3-6 working days for Australia wide orders and 7-12 business days for international orders, to arrive at your place. Australian customers also have the option to receive via AusPost express post, which is over-night service on most postcodes. 

For urgent international orders, EXPRESS COURIER is available on request. Please feel free to contact us.

On the day that your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming its dispatch which includes a tracking number so that you can follow your order through to delivery. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us.

All prices on our site are displayed in Australia Dollars (AUD) as a default. If you would like to view in the different currency, simply click on 'Currencies' button on the top of the page, and choose the one you prefer through the drop-down list.

Prices do not include any overseas customs duties,  foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

• • IF I ORDER SOMETHING TODAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

  We basically post your order the second business day after the payment appears. and even the same day if you place your order before 12 pm. It normally takes 3-6 working days for Australia wide orders and 7-10 business days for international orders, to arrive at your place.

  Australian customers also have the option to receive via AusPost express post, which is over-night service to most postcodes.

  For urgent international orders, the express courier is available on request. Please contact us if you need. 

  • HOW DO KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

  Once we send out your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to see exactly where your package is.

  • WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX AND/OR CUSTOM'S DUTIES?

  We will mark the package with a low value, and as a gift so usually there is no problem, however, we cannot 'guarantee' it.  

  • MY COUNTRY ISN'T ON THE SHIPPING LIST?

  Well, that sucks. But don't despair, email us and we will arrange an alternate method of shipping for you.

  • MY I KNOW WHETHER YOUR SITE ARE SAFE?

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ITEM, SIZE OR CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

  Yes, you can. But you have to inform us before your item is shipped. Please note we can't do the change once we have shipped your order.

  • CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

  Yes, you can. Click RETURNS to view more details. 

  • CAN I GET REFUND?
  Yes, you can. We will refund you less postage if you can return the item within 7 days after receiving it, in the same condition, such as unworn, unwashed, unstained, unperfumed...
