    • IF I ORDER SOMETHING TODAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?

    We basically post your order the second business day after the payment appears. and even the same day if you place your order before 12 pm. It normally takes 3-6 working days for Australia wide orders and 7-10 business days for international orders, to arrive at your place.

    Australian customers also have the option to receive via AusPost express post, which is over-night service to most postcodes.

    For urgent international orders, the express courier is available on request. Please contact us if you need. 

    • HOW DO KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

    Once we send out your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to see exactly where your package is.

    • WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX AND/OR CUSTOM'S DUTIES?

    We will mark the package with a low value, and as a gift so usually there is no problem, however, we cannot 'guarantee' it.  

    • MY COUNTRY ISN'T ON THE SHIPPING LIST?

    Well, that sucks. But don't despair, email us and we will arrange an alternate method of shipping for you.

    • MY I KNOW WHETHER YOUR SITE ARE SAFE?

    We have chosen the best e-commerce service (Shopify) in the industry, and guarantee secure payment processing. Keep in mind that we ensure 100% payment security.

    • WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, or most credit cards(such as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). 

    • HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?

    We have a general guide for you here: SIZE GUIDE such as how to measure, conversion etc.. For the best accuracy, please check the real measurements of each product in the description, against your own body measurements or current garments that you own. If you have a specific sizing question or would like more information, please feel free to contact us.

    • CAN I CHANGE MY ITEM, SIZE OR CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

    Yes, you can. But you have to inform us before your item is shipped. Please note we can't do the change once we have shipped your order.

    • CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

    Yes, you can. Click RETURNS to view more details. 

    • CAN I GET REFUND?
    Yes, you can. We will refund you less postage if you can return the item within 7 days after receiving it, in the same condition, such as unworn, unwashed, unstained, unperfumed...
